Our Yutaka Premium Young Sushi Ginger is harvested between 20th August and 5th September, to ensure we pick only the most premium grade ginger roots.
This means our ginger contains less fibre for a softer, more comfortable texture.
Our Yutaka Premium Sushi Ginger also has an excellent balance of sweetness and spiciness which stimulates the appetite!
The fresh and zesty taste is not only to cleanse the plate between sushi and sashimi, but also to create wonderful recipes. Just add to salads, stir-fries and fried rice or noodles!
