Our Mama Sita's Citrus-Pepper Mix is a sizzling delight that zooms straight to the middle of the dinner table. Chopped meat traditionally flavoured with black pepper, soy sauce, citrus & chopped onions.
In Pampanga, the meat is boiled until very tender before bring grilled or fried.
Simply dissolve the Mama Sita's Sisig Mix in water and set aside
Grill or fry your prepared finely chopped meat and onions. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Garnish with Chilli pepper if desired, best served with Mama Sita's Hot Pepper sauce Labuyo and Calamansi.
