A savory filling, rolled in a crisp wrapper and dipped in a sweet and sour sauce. Known as Lumpiang Shanghai and to the rest of the world simply as Lumpia or "Fried Spring Roll", makiing it so easy with this mix
In a bowl, combine Mama Sita's Fried Spring Roll Seasoning (Lumpiang Shanghai) Mix with ground meat, carrots, onions, spring onions and a beaten egg.
Mix well, scoop 1tbsp of the mixture onto the spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water or egg white. Repeat the process until you have 45 spring rolls.
Cut the rolls in half and dip both ends in some flour.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on a paper towel. Best served with Mama Sita's Sweet Chilli Sauce or Mama Sita's Sweet & Sour Sauce.
