MaeSri Gaeng Tai Pla Curry Paste is a Southern Thai spicy Curry prepared without Coconut Milk.
Simply boil the water and mix in Maesri's Gaeng Tai Pla curry soup paste and stir until fragrant.
Add the prepared bamboo shoots and kaffir lime leaves, then stir for five minutes whilst adding long green beans and eggplants, season with fish sauce as preferred.
Add fish meat and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
