Our Lee Kum Kee Ma Po Sauce is Spicy bean sauce is traditionally used to make Pock-Marked Mother Chen’s Beancurd – one of China’s most famous dishes. This sauce has a delightful savoury kick from the Szechuan peppers, typical of Szechuan regional cuisine.
Simply stir-fry minced beef, chicken or pork, stir in in some of the sauce, then add cubed tofu, heat and serve.
