This is @cookingwith_yui Nam Tok Salmon or Crispy Salmon Waterfall Thai Salad. She uses Thai Chilli Jam or Nam prik pao to add an extra flavour to the nam tok sauce. Ingredients 3 pieces Salmon (sliced up to thin pieces) 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup Milk 1 cup Plain flour 1 pinch ground pepper, salt Salad- 1 Baby gem lettuce 3-5 Shallot Half Cucumber (thin sliced) 1 handful Mint leaves 1 handful Coriander Sauce- 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped) 2-3 Thai red chillies 1 tsp dry chilli flakes (optional) 1-2 Lime 1 tbsp thai chilli jam or Nam prik pao 1-2 tbsp Fish sauce 1-2 tbsp Palm sugar or brown sugar 1-2 tsp grounded toasted rice Fry- 2-3 cup Cooking oil Yui suggests to pair her Nam Tok Salmon with Thai wine, Monsoon Valley Shiraz Rose @monsoonvalleyuk or Thai Singha beer @singhabeer_uk #thaikitchenoftheworld #thaiselectuk #discoverthaiselect
