These authentic Kaffir Lime Leaves have been shipped from Thailand frozen. They are then defrosted to give you the freshest Kaffir Lime flavour. You can re-freeze them if you don't want to use them all in one go. 

Due to import restrictions it is not possible to bring completely fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves into the UK or Europe, so these are as close as possible as you can get to the authentic fresh Kaffir Lime flavour that you will taste in Thailand.
