How do we deliver?
Everything we send out is sent by courier directly to your home, office, shop or restaurant etc.
For larger wholesale & supermarket orders we have same day & next day chilled distribution.
Products which are sensitive to temperature changes are sent in insulated boxes with ice packs.
How long will my order take?
All items in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Indicative lead time on your order is normally shown when you check out.
For larger Grocery orders they are normally sent out to arrive with you within 2 to 4 days of order.
Fresh produce orders are picked directly on our farms in Thailand specifically for you. When we receive your Fresh Produce order it will be sent to Thailand and they will physically pick your order from our farms & pack it for you. It will then be sent to the UK & delivered straight to you. On arrival in the UK your product is handled through our chilled warehouse & sent straight out to you for Next Day Delivery.
For products picked fresh in Thailand the lead time is generally 5 to 7 days.
We send all of our orders within the UK out by tracked Courier.
When you place your order, you will receive an estimated day of delivery. Please note that all Fresh Produce is picked fresh from our farm in Thailand for you, so these dates may change slightly, but we will keep you updated.
We deliver to you Monday to Friday.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery, and we cannot be held liable for delivery issues which are out of our control. If you need a timed delivery, please contact us
We deliver across Europe using courier and tracked deliveries.
Orders will be sent out Monday to Friday and will normally take between 1 & 3 days to arrive with you, depending on your location. When you place your order you will see an indicative delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
Whilst it is highly unlikely that you will experience any problems with our product, we do appreciate that problems may occur.
All our products are sent in protective packaging with ice packs where appropriate.
If your item arrives in poor condition, we would ask that you immediately take a photo and contact us using the form you can find here, or the e-mail address shown on your order. We will then review this with you and agree a replacement or refund as appropriate.
As with all fresh produce, we cannot accept customer returns. If for any reason you change your mind, please contact us to see if we can cancel your order.
