This Maesri Masaman Curry Paste makes a deliciously authentic Thai Masaman Curry.

To make a rich Masaman, simply add the Masaman Curry paste to a pan with some oil & fry for a couple of minutes to release the aromas. Then add a small amount of coconut milk and fry for another minute or so.
Add your chosen meat, vegetables or fish and the remainder of your coconut milk & cook through.
Masaman is traditionally served as a relatovely mild curry, but if you want to make your curry hotter simply add more Maesri Masaman Curry Paste.
